I was originally licensed as a real estate agent in 1978. For the next several years I was associated with Century 21 Heritage Homes during a time the market was in turmoil, the permanent fund had just been established and Alaska and Anchorage were trying to figure out what the future held for both. Because of these reasons, being newly married with the hope of children I left the industry and went back to my first trade, culinary arts. For the next 20 years I worked on remote sites throughout Alaska finally spending the last 15 years as the Head Chef at Clear Air Force Station.
After retiring in 2002 I returned to the real estate field and have been helping both buyers and sellers meet their goal of home ownership, investing in rental properties, downsizing or relocating after retirement. I specialize in single family homes up to a 4-plex in the Anchorage and Eagle River area.
